Sorry, that's a trade secret! We like to think of it as MAGIC! We can promise you, however, that all of our custom printing has been washed tested and has passed very strict quality guidelines. All of our printing and garments have excellent washability ratings!

2. How long does it take to make my custom shirt?

It typically takes 5-10 minutes per custom shirt. Sometimes we do have several orders placed at once so there can be a bit of a wait depending on how busy we are when you put in your custom order! Don't worry, though, if there is a wait there are plenty of other cool shops and restaurants nearby to browse....just grab a coke at Broadripple Bagel & Deli down the street or some gourmet popcorn at Just Pop In Popcorn Deli!

3. Do you customized anything else besides shirts?

Of course! We also stock hoodies, undies, tote bags, boxers, trucker hats, towels, beach totes, doggy tees, baby onesies, and baby boggin hats. We are constantly adding new styles, colors, and sizes of tees and tanks!

4. Can I put my own logo on a t-shirt?

Absolutely you can! See the custom artwork specs in the questions below.

5. Can I bring in my own artwork?

YES! YES! YES! Here's the deal. Your custom artwork needs to be clean lines. It's a good idea to e-mail it to us first and we can tell you if it is something we can do or not. Our e-mail is art@teekihut.com. We prefer an .eps or .jpg but we can work with .bmp or .gif. It doesn't have to be 300 dpi. 150 dpi is fine. If you have any questions about this, please call us at 317-205-3589. Our state of the art digital printing allows us to print multi-color graphics as well.

6. Can I bring in my own shirt and have you print something on it?

Yes, you can! People bring in their own items all of the time. Our policy is this: If we accidentally mess up an item that you bring in we can give you an in-store credit for the cost of that item. Although we've never messed someone items up that they have brought into the store, we are human and it could happen. The cost for printing on your own item is $15 for one side one color. If you want something on the back or an additional color it is an extra $5.00.

7. Do you have anything for toddlers or babies?

Yes, we do have Toddler size tees in Pink, White, Black, Gray, Red, and Navy. We also have Pink, Black, and White Baby Onesies and Baby Boggin Hats.

8. Do you carry doggy tees?

Yes, we do carry a small selection of doggy tees.

9. Can I print something on the back or on the sleeve?

Yes you can. It is an additional $5.00 for each additional placement.

10. Do you have any vintage designs?

1000's. We have 1000's of out-of-print original vintage designs from the 60's, 70's, and 80's. We also have 1000's of what we call NEW VINTAGE designs - these are cool retro designs that look throw-back vintage.

11. Do you have any rock-n-roll designs?

Yes, we have tons of awesome Rock-N-Roll transfers including The Doors, KISS, Rod Stewart, Motley Crue, Blondie, David Bowie, Poison, The Ramones, Madonna, Black Sabbath, and more!

12. What are some cool designs that you carry?

We carry a full line of Sesame Street, old school cars, General Mills products, Nintendo, Transformers, and more!

13. How can I pay for my custom t-shirt?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Personal & Business Checks, Money Orders, Travelers Checks, and Cash. All orders are prepay.

14. Can I call in my custom t-shirt order?

No. We'd prefer you come in and place your order in person. All orders are prepay. You can, however, design AND order your custom t-shirt ON-LINE using our state-of-the-art interactive design tool.

15. Do you have a mailing list where I can get special discounts in the mail?

Yes, and we send out some awesome discounts to our loyal customers. If you would like to add yourself to the mailing list, e-mail your name and mailing address to us at art@teekihut.com.

16. Do you sell gift certificates?

Of course! Ask about them on your next visit.

17. Do you have a return policy?

Because all items are custom printed and made to order, we do not have a return policy. Exceptions are if the garment or printing is defective. We do have a dressing room so that you can try on items before you buy them.

18. Can I put my BAND NAME on a t-shirt?

Yes - and your logo if you'd like!

19. What sizes & colors of tees do you have?

We have a huge color wheel of t-shirt colors. If you can imagine it, we probably have it. If we don't, we can special order it for you and have it in the store within a few days. We carry toddler, juniors, and unisex sizes (S-2X).

20. Do you have custom glitter, metallic inks, or rhinestones?

Yes, we have Silver & Gold glitter inks. We also have Silver, Blue, Red, and Hot Pink Metallic Foil finishes. And, we can accent your custom design with your choice of crystal, ruby, green, or aqua rhinestones. It is an additional $5.00 for special effect inks or rhinestones.

21. Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

You may qualify for our Bulk / Wholesale Pricing. See the WHOLESALE / BULK Tab at the top of the page.

22. Do you put photographs on t-shirts?

Yes, we can print your FULL COLOR photograph on any colored t-shirt. We can also add border effects and text to make a truly personalized gift! Bring in the photo and we can scan it in or bring it in on a CD or thumb drive. Or you can e-mail it to us art@teekihut.com. Our photo tees have been wash tested up to 200 washes!

23. I'm in a Fraternity, can I put my greek letters on a t-shirt?

We no longer have the license to print Fraternity & Sorority letters or names.

24. Can I print the name of my school on a t-shirt?

We can print all high school and middle school names but we cannot print University or College names. However, we can print club or team shirts such as Butler University Chess Club or Marion Track Team.

25. Do you have any copyright or trademark limitations?

Yes, we cannot print or reproduce and copyrighted or trademarked image. Some of these include brand names, band names, celebrity personalities, sports teams, etc... If it sounds copyrighted or trademarked then it probably is.

26. What brand of apparel do your carry?

Most of what we carry is American Apparel Brand T-shirts. We also carry some other awesome brands including Alternative Apparel, Dickies, Gildan, and Soffee. We even carry several environmentally friendly styles such as American Apparel 100% Organic Cotton Tees, Anvil Organics, and Alternative Earth.
